Return Policy

 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at shopaetherwave@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Step 2: Securely package the item, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts, along with the RMA number.
  • Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at shopaetherwave@gmail.com.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shopaetherwave@gmail.com.

6. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning a product over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
